As a recipient of the teleconference services from Gabriel and/or Jennifer Arruda I understand that:

• they are not not a licensed physicians
• the treatment is alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state
• the services to be provided are not licensed by the state
• the services to be provided are a health discussion and will be for information sharing purposes only and not intended to diagnose, counsel or treat any disease or ailments of the client
• the information being shared is founded on the theory that by appropriately using nature's many remedies, the body can be brought back into a state of health
• their qualifications rely on their own personal research and success with disease reversal
• they will not be making treatment plans or interpreting labs or genetic data
• they will not be prescribing or recommending the discontinuance of any legend drugs (FDA approved medications) or controlled substances
